Processing Time
All Vellava jewelry orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. We do not process shipments on weekends and official Chinese holidays.
After our warehouse dispatch, parcels require additional 2–3 business days for domestic freight forwarder consolidation, sorting and customs handover before international outbound shipment.
Shipping Regions & Delivery Time
We ship worldwide to most countries across North America, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia (all routes via air freight):
Expedited Air Shipping: 5–8 business days after forwarder handover (priority flight & fast-track clearance, extra freight required at checkout).
Standard Air Shipping: 9–14 business days after forwarder handover (includes international flight, customs clearance & local last-mile delivery);
Shipping Fee
Free standard worldwide shipping is available on all orders over $50. Orders below $50 will be charged a fixed standard shipping cost shown on cart page.
Delivery Issues
For lost or damaged parcels during transit, please contact our support email vellava@yeah.net with your order number within 15 days after estimated delivery date, we will assist with tracking, reshipment or partial refund accordingly.
