Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be supplied to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public alongside your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

All payment transactions are protected by global certified payment compliance standards.

Who we share your data with

We only share minimal necessary personal data to below contracted third parties required to complete your order, all processors bind by international data protection laws:

1. Global logistics courier providers for parcel delivery
2. PayPal & Stripe for secure payment clearance
3. Authorized cloud hosting service for website operational maintenance

Should you request a password reset, your IP address will be included within the password reset email.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely for automatic anti-spam moderation.

For registered site users, we store your profile info while your account remains active; upon your valid deletion request, we fully erase your personal data except records we must retain for tax, legal compliance and unresolved order disputes as required by applicable laws.
