Eligibility for Return
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days from delivery date, under these rules:
- Custom engraved jewelry is non-refundable & non-exchangeable due to personalized customization.
- Products must stay unused, with original package intact, no scratch, damage or artificial wear.
Return Operation Steps
Send return application to our support email with your order number and item photos;
After our approval, ship items back to our designated return address;
Once we receive & inspect returned goods, full refund will be issued to your original payment account within 3–7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale Items & Coupon Orders Refund Rule
For discounted sale items and orders paid with coupons, refunds will be calculated based on the actual amount customers paid after discount, instead of original listed price.
Partial return from a multi-item order: coupon discount will be proportionally deducted, only the corresponding actual paid amount of returned goods can be refunded.
Full order return: used coupon will be invalidated and not reissued or refunded in any form.
Return Shipping Cost
Returns caused by our quality defect or wrong item delivery: we cover full return shipping fee;
Customer’s personal reason returns (dislike size/style): buyer bears all return shipping cost.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Refund Exclusion
Shipping expense of original order is non-refundable unless the return is caused by our quality problem or delivery error.
